However it seems to me that a concert like you described under that towing instrument, the largest in the British Isles is certainly ironic.
That instrument, recently restored, is the masterpiece of of nineteenth century British Organ builder Father Willis.
I just wonder which keyboards can create the softest, largest and cleanest SPL. I think it would be down to Father Willis.
In sheer dynamic range and distortion, we talk about so often, Father Willis would be the clear technology winner.
When it comes to eye candy there is just no contest.
