I've ordered from there, and they are excellent to deal with. The latest Consumer Reports Buying Guide lists them as one of the best online companies as far as prices, customer service, and selection.
Always cross your T's and dot your I's when dealing with rebates though. If it's a mfg. rebate, you must copy everything you mail including the envelope and stamp incase there's a dispute. I purchase a lot of items with rebates, and always get them, but I use spread sheets for tracking since it could be 2+ months before they come. Some rebates require follow up calls, as these are cash cows for mfg.'s when not claimed.
