Correct way to connect bannana plugs to speaker wire.

Does anyone have a pic or good info on the proper way to connect bannana plugs to the wire? Do I need to solder them or is their some way to brace them in place that im missing?

Either sodder, crimp, or some have screw that hold the wires in place. Make sure there are no frayed strandes of wire hanging out.
