There are a lot of pretty cool pictures here. I've probably looked through 85/97 pages. I figured I'd show a couple of mine that are cool, I think anyway. They're just from vacations out west mainly and a few from school. I don't have a fancy camera or anything, just a simple point and shoot you know, so don't be too nit-picky

Lovely shots. With the haze on the outdoor photos, a polarizing filter can help with that a lot if you get a dSLR. They aren't super expensive but are super useful (good combo hehe).

Nice!

I see the sun is behind her mostly, which makes for a nice hairlight and the nice warm effect, but how did you light her front? Was it natural reflections or did you have a reflector or flash? Looks like I can see a bit of a flash reflection in her eye, a little on camera flash turned down?

Ah, nice, I use 580EXII's also with the Gary Fong diffuser. I use the Stofen if I don't have the room, but, the Stofen I find doesn't help that much.

The publicity shot is good too! I like the angle of the horizon. One comment is it's really hard to straighten clothing and stuff while shooting, so I always try to take a girl along to watch the hair/clothing/etc. Even if she isn't a professional, just having an eye on the clothing saves a lot of post processing taking out wrinkles in clothing or fixing hair and stuff.

Messing around with my camera a little, I thought the fiber lookin things were pretty sweet anyway.

Can't decide if I want to bite on a dSLR yet or not with the subs purchase already lingering around..
