Converting MP3/FLAC to WAV format?

I need to convert mp3 and flac files to wav in order to put them onto a CD. Does it matter what program I use to convert the files to WAV [ Ex: Is "Any Audio Converter" comparable to "Exact Audio Copy"]?

Basically I want to know if converting "file A" to a wav file will preserve or lessen the audio quality of "file A" depending on which conversion program is used [EAC, Any Audio Converter, etc...]?

pretty much any cd burning software will do that automatically.

Yep. You shouldn't have to specify that when creating a CD.
