I'm wanting to connect two Sony STR-K502P receivers together, but they have no 2nd zone on them. Is this possible? If not, can I buy another receiver that has 2nd zone and connect it to one of the sony's? Or, must I buy two new receivers? A little background..........I'm setting up my main HT set-up in the den and want to link another receiver together to run speakers throughout the house from the coat closet. I've posted the entire situation in this same forum, titled "Whole House Wiring". Thanks for your help!

PS- I'm considering the Sony STR-DE895 if I must purchase different models. Thanks for all your advice in advance. :)

Does you source have two outputs? Why not just run one output to each reciever. A 2-zone receiver will save you from having either using two receivers or swaping speaker cables when you want to listen to the other zone.
