Connecting two Receivers over Cat5e

I'm getting ready to start construction on a new house and I'm trying to plan out all the wiring I'm going to need to put in place for an expandable multi-room setup. I've come across the On-Q lyriQ system which seems to provide me with just about everything I'm going to want. In our main living room I'm planning on a 7.1 channel receiver that I should be able to output to the On-Q and use Cat5e to distribute to bedrooms, outside, pretty much anywhere I want in the house.
The problem I'm running into is that I also plan on eventually having another home theater setup in the basement. What I'd like to do is use the basement surround sound speakers to have the ability to play from the local receiver as one source, but also play from the main floor receiver as well if need be and I wanted to have the same audio playing on both floors at the same time. Unfortunately the On-Q doesn't have a line out module only line in or speaker connections.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could achieve this with the On-Q or have other ideas of a product I could use. Thanks.

You can always use a high to low level adapter - google "speaker to line level converter" for options. Better transformers make for better quality sound, we use Sonance OP3s when needed.

You could also use something like the Sonance AS2, which lets you send both your AVR and the wall plate of the OnQ to a pair of speakers (I've seen houses setup with rears that switch between local and whole-home audio).

There are cheaper versions out there of both those units, check parts express.
