I recently bought a set of Polk Audio RM6200 satellitte speakers with a PolK Audio PSW250 Powered subwoofer. In my instructions it states that the prefered setup is to connect the sub to the Front L/R speaker jacks on my reciever. It then gives two options for connecting the front speakers:

1) Run them through the output jacks on the subwoofer.
2) Connect them in parallel with the subwoofer on the A/V reciever.

Based on the placement of my sub and my speakers, option #2 would be alot easier to do and take up much less speaker wire. My questions is does this present any probelms with sound quality (or anything else for that matter)?
