connecting my PC to my stereo amp

Is it possible to connect my PC to my stereo integrated amp (RCA connectors) and use it as an source, i.e. web radio, music files?

Yes, if your sound card has a line-out. Most have 1/8" mini jacks so you would need a cable with 1/8" stereo mini plug on one end and 2 RCA plugs on the other. Radio Shack sells such a cable.
