Hello,
I have a pair of Power Dynamics CSBT80 bluetooth ceiling speakers (with amplification) and an Amazon Echo Dot 2 and would like to connect both by wire.
Both components have bluetooth receiver but since i'm not able to pair them and Echo Dot can only pair with one device, i would like to connect echo dot to the ceiling speakers by wire so i can pair my smartphone/table with echo dot.
I bought these amplified ceiling speaker to avoid have an amplifier to connect to, since i would like to have ceiling speakers on each room and don't wan't to have cables through the house to connect the speakers to the amp or have more than one amp.
Even though i can connect directly from my smartphone to the speakers, i would like to make the connection through echo dot to also use it as echo dot speaker to explore all of Alexa's features.
I see that the speakers have a LIN, RIN and GND wire socket but don't find any manual to confirm if they can be used replacing the bluetooth connection and also don't find any wire that has at one end a 3.5mm jack and on the other end 3 stripped wires.
Is there any wire like this or does it have to be custom made?
Is my idea for home sound system (completely) wrong?
Thanks in advance!
Paul
