I use these for gaming:

I also have this sitting around doing nothing since I only listen to music on my computer (Aiwa cx-naj20) (and yes, I have to use my discman with the car adapter because the cd changer doesn't work...:o ):

Here's the back:

I know that the Aiwa speakers can't be connected to my Creative setup, but is there any way to connect them to my sound card? Is there an adapter, or do I need an extra amp for the Aiwa speakers?

and if I need an amp, can someone post a link to the type of amp I'll need... just to point me in the right direction?

You should be able to connect the line level outputs on your sound card to the video/aux inputs on the stereo. RatShack (and others) sell inexpensive cables to do this. They have a 1/8" stereo mini plug on one end and two RCA plugs on the other.

sweet, thanks. I didn't know those were inputs... works great.

Same stereo...different question

Hi! I have the same AIWA stereo model and was wondering if anyone knows how to re-set the radio presets. It seems like it should be so easy, but I'm at a loss and I just moved cities and so my old stations are static or undesirable ones now.

Thanks so much everyone for your help!
