Some of my favorites would include:
Peter Gabriel - Secret World Live -great DTS track and as always a killer band.
Dejohnette/Hancock/Holland/Metheny - primo jazz outing shot in 16x9 back in 1990, personally I prefer the stereo mix over the DD5.1 on this one. Four jazz legends collaborating on some fantastic tunes
Grateful Dead - Closing of Winterland - a nice DTS track, especially considering the recording dates from 1978. The video quality is only fair, as it is taken from video tape from the KQED archives which carried the show live.
Pat Metheny - Imaginary Day Live - some people can't deal with the kinda cheesy video effects that Steve Rodby used here and there on this DVD, but the music is great and includes a primo DTS track. I only wish it had been shot in 16x9.
And even though you said no DVD-A, I've got to include Porcupine Tree's "Deadwing" DVD-A (it includes a DTS track for those of us without a DVD-A capable player). The 5.1 mix absolutely brings this densly produced album to life and makes me think that the band considers this to be the definitive mix of the recording.
