Hey guys (and gals) this is my first post here. I was referred by a guy named JohnJ at webmaster-talk.com
Anyway, I have a media center that is being run by a computer in a closet in my house. I currently have the house wired and a room selector set up to turn on speakers to various parts of the house.
What I would like to do is; preferably make a device controlled via a parallel port (i think this would be the easiest way) to change the selectors on/off status by way of a little program I have. Has anyone done anything like this or could anyone offer a suggestion??
