Components for Rocket Subwoofers and others

Does anybody know if and on what terms does AV123 (the makers of Rocket subs) sell components for their subwoofers ? These would be woofers, drivers, amps, etc. This is in prospect of buying second hand one of their subwoofers, outside the USA.

Also, do you know the policy regarding SW components of other manufacturers, like Klipsch, Velodyne or B&W ?

The only sub with a transferable warranty that I am aware of is ACI.
