My projector Benq PE7700 has HDMI, Component and VGA/BNC inputs - I have a Denon 3805, HP Media Center z545, Comcast HDR cable box (component video only), and a Denon 2910 DVD to hook up. For cable ease I can connect all through the receiver through component video and have the receiver switch with one component cable to the projector. Question is: if I went with VGA/BNC (5 wire) from the HP direct and HDMI from the DVD direct will the there be enough improvement in video quality to justify increase cost, ease of use/installation?
