We are building a new house and I am installing a 7.1 system in the living room. I currently have Axiom M22’s for the fronts, VP 150 center and QS8’s for the surrounds. Due to the room configuration, I need to install speakers in the ceiling for the back surrounds. I am looking for something on-wall to be as compact as I can get (WAF) and still sound good and integrate with the Axioms. I want a speaker fairly efficient to match the Axioms. I haven’t completely ruled out another set of QS8’s. My budget is around $500/pair.
