I've had Comcast as my ISP since 2003 or so, when it was the fastest thing around as per their claims.

If anything, it's gotten worse over the years. It seems that they seem to be throttling back existing service levels to a near standstill and charging more for the services I used to get.

When we move I'll be exploring other options but, like TV, the choice seems to be limited to a very few providers who can charge as much as they want and provide the sminimum service they can.

I hope more cities provide hot spots soon.

I've had Comcast forever because there isn't anything else by me.....

I hate those commies.....I wouldn't pay them a penny more if I got to control my own speed

nice speed .... However when you get to certain point ...

the speed becomes dependent on the hosting web site and the majority saturate long before 50mB. I can reach their limit on a pro-DSL link which only runs about 3mB.
