Combo theatre/audio system

I'm new at this and could use some advice.

I am putting in a home theatre in my basement but also want to use it as my downstairs audio system. I realize there are some tradeoffs with doing this but don't want it to sound terrible. I have a Rotel 1062 integrated AMP and a 1072 CD player upstairs running to a pair of B&W 601 s3's in a small 12' x 12' open back room - and I lOVE IT!

I don't want a downstairs system that I cringe at - but am also on a budget. To further confound things I need to have a 5 disk CD player for "parties".

At the moment I am considering:

Receiver - Harman Kardon AVR 130
Speakers: Paradigm Focus (fronts), Paradigm CC 170, Paradigm PDR-10 sub and Paradigm SM-60R's (rears - ceiling mount due to WAF) - all are V.3
CD Player - Newcastle CDC 690T

The newcastle goes for around $350 CDN - my budget (and price I have been quoted) for all of the things listed is approx $2100 B4 GST.

Do any of you audiophiles have any suggestions/alternatives in the same budget range? I also have a SACD/DVD-A DVD player and will definitely give the SACD thing a go.

Cheers & thanks for the input.
