Has anyone heard anything about them. I tried to contact them. The number is not working and the order page on the web site is down. Have they gone out buisness.

I find customer response from BlueJeans Cable and Monoprice.com to be fantastic, and their pricing is great as well.... Go with a reputable company and you won't have any regrets... A couple penny's or dollars more is worth a piece of mind... :)

I just ordered from BlueJeans on Thursday afternoon, and got my delivery Saturday.

What he said.

Both of the mentioned companies offer good, high quality cable, very low prices and very fast delivery. My most recent order was from Monoprice for an optical cable - two days later it was on my doorstep and works like a champ. :)

Although Cobalt's site seems to be up, $90 for 1.6ft of component video cable seems a bit much. Like Halon and Warpdr said, Monoprice and Blue Jeans are excellent!

cobalt cable won the first speaker cable shoot out here. I've heard good things about them. I have a feeling their gone. Oh well, I'll check out blue jean and impact accoustics. Thanks.

They may have won a measurement shootout, but that doesn't warrant buying it at $90.

I would guess they're gone. A few years back, I checked out the specs they listed for their cables. They turned out to be the same Canare and Belden cables used by BlueJeans. They use the same Canare RCAP connectors as well. So unless you really like paying a ton of money for techflex and shrinkwrap, I'd opt for BJC or monoprice on a tighter budget.

Hey Vince, just curious if you decided on a speaker setup since your posts last summer?

Hello Rat
I went to a GTG for AV123 in clayton NC last june and won a pair of their X-STATIK speakers. I got them a couple of weeks ago and love them. I never would have believed an internet direct speaker manufacturer could sell a product that cheap and give you the quality they do. They sound great, huge sound stage, lots of detail and good tight bass down to about 60 hertz. The build quality is great also, I can't find anything wrong with them. I am going to get 2 more sets for rear and side surrounds and their X-VOCE for the center. I have not decided which sub to get yet, I'm thinking about 4 AV123 MFW-15 subs or one maybe two of the BMFs not sure which. I'm glad I found them. I could spend alot more money but I don't think my ears could hear enough difference to justify the the extra money. I also recieved a Sony DA9000ES reciever and a DWIN projector (720p)from my brother for christmas. He is a great guy. I have been one lucky guy this year.

4 subs would rule hard. You're my new current hero. Well, 2nd. No one can replace House.
