Coax Connection? F Connect or RCA Solder

What is the best way to use Quad Shielded Coax for RGB Component Cable? Do you Splice F connectors to the ends and then screw a F to RCA adapter onto the end. Then plug that into an RCA to RCA Wall plate?

Or do you try to solder(which I haven't done since science projects in 6th grade) RCA jacks onto the coax ends and then plug that into the RCA to RCA wall plate?

Thanks for the help.

Can you get RCA plugs that will accept that coax? Do you think your soldering would be as solid as using a crimp on "F" connector and then an adapter? (hint.. .soldering that thick, heavy coax is a biitch)

Soldering them isn't too hard and you can also get a crimp on RCA plug for coax.

Parts Express carries a few different types.

Canare makes some nice RCA ends as well but the tooling would probably be to expensive to bother with unless you know somebody with them.

There are several companies that make compression RCA connectors...I know ICM makes them, I think Leviton has one...just do a Google search for RCA compression connector.
