I have the 2 meter version of this Verastarr - Silver Reference HDMI at $319.00. I also have HDMI cables I bought from partsexpress at around $3.00, I can't tell any difference. I would like to, but I can't.

I paid $79.00 for it, even at that price its not worth it. I got a few of them for a couple of my friends at the same price and they swear by it: It's like, wow what a difference that cable makes. Bull... It is a nice looking cable, but that's about it.

This is an entertaining article but I can't get over the Amazon reviews for the WEL Signature power cable linked in within the article.

With the volumes you listen to you probably blew the tweeters years ago, never noticed and have been listening without them for all this time That's why you can't hear a difference.

You won't catch me paying more than $5 for a cable. Radio Shack has almost always been the place for me to purchase analog cables. Digital cables are even less relevant. I'll go on Ebay and buy $2 optical, coaxial, and HDMI cables. It's almost illegal what a lot of cable companies charge for cables (i.e. wires).
