I can buy a H/K AVR 7200 for $788 or a Denon 3803 for $849. Both have become victims of technology and since newer models are out on the market these two great receivers are clearance closeout specials.

They will be driving Cambridgw Soundworks MC300's, a CS 12" subwoofer, CS Centerstage center channel speaker, (4) S300 Surround speakers and using the multizone feature I will be also be driving (2) Klipsch Forte speakers.

Which receiver should I get?

Flip a coin.

I would give the nod to the H/K.

Some will say Denon.

You can't go wrong with either!

The best advice anyone on here can give is to listen to them both on your system (or at least on the same system). They will have different sound characteristics (although I won't tell you what to expect so I don't color your opinion) and one may be a much better match for your speakers than the other.

good luck choosing
