The designer said they could handle around 250 watts I believe. I wish I had the money for that 7 channel amp you have listed, maybe next month if its still around.

I missed this thread until today...darn it. I'll show this list to my buddy, as he's looking for a receiver. He's looking at the Yamaha RX-V663, but he might settle for one of those two that you're offering at $85 - that's a good price.

Do you know if the LPA-1 can be run (with higher power) as a 3 channel amp? What would it be putting out than?

Personally, the best deal IMO is the subs if you can handle the size. I don't think you can find anything close to the price that will perform like they do.

Those subs are sick and would be mine if I had the funds, space and opportunity. Passing them up is like passing up gold. You won't find a better pair of subs for that price or even twice that anywhere on this planet.
