You can use a module called iTrader Rating for PHP. I believe you're using PHP for your forums now.

We use it on the forums for this car parts selling site I'm active on. It works great.

Since there are Classifieds mods, they can confirm iTrader transactions to make sure no one is padding user feedback.

I figured I'd throw up a link to a forum I frequent that uses iTrader. It works great! It's a site that's just like this, they're a small business store that maintains user forums.
