Here's my honest opinion:
a) If you like HDR/4K - get a modern mid to high range avr from Yamaha, Denon or Marantz
b)If you value music much more than 4k (or don't mind running audio-out from tv to processor) then upgrading speakers should be in your future and you could do much better than Polk RTI speakers.

Spending money for any electronics in your case will absolutely not bring any improvements, especially not for 2 channel listening.

Thanks for your input. I am considering upgrading the speakers as well. But at this point, it's about the processors.

If your looking at used I would search for a Marantz 7702. Used models are running under $900 and you'll get a lot more features.

No, Classe is not better than Lexicon in terms of 2 Ch music. They are equivalent in terms of 2 Ch music.

If the Lexicon is in perfect working condition, you won't gain in sound quality by replacing it.

To the OP, all of us senior audioholics (almost typed alcoholics  ) are recommending new speakers over electronics. Both of the amplifiers you're looking at have a flat frequency response well past the limits of human hearing so there would be absolutely zero difference in sound between the two. Speaker and room acoustics shape about 99% of the sound that you're hearing. I would think that you would get much better return for dollars spent on speakers, room treatments, or both then the 1% on electronics that sound the same.
