Choose the Speakers

I'm looking for speakers for my Yamaha RX-V1500. I'm considering Paradigm (Monitor 7 + CC-370 + ADP-370 + PW-2200), but the size of these speakers is really a problem for me. After search on the net, the Mythos (Mythos Five + Mythos Seven + Mythos Gem + SupperCube II), at almost the same price, looks good for me. So, I'd like to see a comparison on them. Thanks!

Also for the Mythos setup, what if I use the wall mount Mythos Two (if I have to mount them 72" height) instead of the floor standing Mythos Five? How much different it makes?

Have you considered the Monitor 5's? I actually prefer them to the Monitor 7's. While the bass doesn't go quite as low, I find the bass to be tighter on the 5's than the 7's. A good subwoofer will more than make up for the difference.
The subwoofer does not have to match the remaining speakers. While the PW-2200 is a fine sub, I feel that options from SVS and HSU will go louder and deeper for less money.

I think you might also want to consider something like the Studio 20's coupled with CC470, that would make a great LCR combo over the monitors.

I think if you have a good subwoofer, bigger floorstanders is kind of overkill unless you plan to run them 2 channel for music. I'd rather get smaller, but higher quality L/C/R speakers. The Studio 20 is noticeably cleaner sounding then the Monitor series, and they seem to have excellent control in the upper bass, the Monitors seem to be a bit more "tubby" in that regard.
