Choice Select Speakers

Anyone know anything about a brand of speakers called 'Choice Select'?

I have found several sellers of these on ebay, but can't find any reviews, anywhere.

Some of the specs on the ebay auctions are:
Magnet: 30 oz
Kevlar woven cone woofer with rubber edge
20mm diameter swivel dome tweeter
Power: 80W
Impedance: 8 ohms
Dimensions: 10-3/4” Diameter x 4-1/4” D

I would be using these as basically background music throughout the house. I have a game room, family room, office and bedroom where I would install these. I have a price of about $200 for 4 pair, about $50 a pair.

I know text descriptions are not the best way to evaluate speakers, but if anyone has any experience it would be greatly appreciated.

Again, any advise would be appreciated. I don't think these speakers would be used much to be honest. However, if they are not even worth $50 a pair I would like to know before buying...

This is kind of a tuff one, as they do not list any of the actual specs on the speakers themselves. If you are going to only be using them for background music, then that means you will not be driving them too hard.

They look like they are well built and ahh, the beauty of E-Bay shines once again, with the customer feedback. All look like positive ratings and they say they are all pleased with the product.

I would look around at some more well known products for pricing. If nothing really comes close then they do offer a return policy.
