Not intimately familiar with either, but recent accolades on infinity, and being a Harmon brand, I would choose infinity.

What bookshelf speakers do you have now?

I have the Polk center. It looks nice, is compact, and seems to be very well built. But it sounds pretty 'warm' to me, with a noticeable drop in output around in the upper mids to low treble, compared to other center speakers I have.

If that's what you like, it's a great deal.

If that's not what you like, look elsewhere.

I have no experience with the Harman.

pair of AAMs
i dont like a warm sound. i realized that when i owned andrew jones 1st and 2nd generation pioneer speakers, due to hype.
l like a little brightness, lively, or at least neutral, not warm.

Infinity even before you described your sonic preference, but especially after. I had it for a while and was very pleased, only returning it because I was comparing it to an Emotiva C2 that I ended up liking just a bit more (it also cost nearly twice as much). I would have kept it and been perfectly happy if I had picked it up first.
