Ok I feel like a real idiot now that I've sold my old Marantz and Denon receiver's and now I could really use one but anyways...I am currently using a guitar amp for listening to music from my PC when I'm not using my headphones. I have a set of half way decent bookshelves that I used to use as surround sound speakers when this room was my HT/Bedroom and I'd like to connect those instead of my guitar amp. I am looking for ideas for a nice cheap(like $50) way to connect those. I already have all the necessary connectors so I'm just looking for a cheap amp(I can adjust volume from my PC if I have to, that is what I have to do with the current setup) or if there are any 2-channel receiver's that are as cheap as that, that'll work even better. Thanks.

Honestly I know nothing about that amplifier so it would be hard for me to make an offer.

These things have really sort of gained quite a following in the audiophile circles when they first came out. And I suppose they still have somewhat of a fanclub. They also have a newer, better version called the Super T amp, But its quite a bit more money. Although the newer one comes with a power adapter IIRC, You'll have to buy one for the cheaper version if you dont want to use batteries.
