Its for my car stereo. I dont know which names brands I should be looking at.

A few places you should check out:
Target, WalMart, Radio Shack, local electronics store, on line at www.partse-xpress.com Just remove the dash as the filter here will delete it without it

Get some RG-6 cable and some RCA terminations. You will have cheap, excellent quality cable.

You might also try KnuKonceptz. Some of their RCAs have a signal cable built in so you can send an "ON" signal to your amp.

PE carries a variety of RCAs and lines that are specific to car audio that are flexible and use thinner jacketing to make it easier to run in a car. I'll third them. I've bought a lot of stuff from them and been happy with the products and service so far.
