Cheap in-ceiling speakers?

Due to an unscheduled remodel (the toilet tank on the 2nd floor cracked & flooded all 3 levels), I have the opportunity to add some in-ceiling speakers in the living room.
Can anyone recommend some relatively cheap speakers with half-decent bass? I can't afford too much, since I had just paid for a new roof to prevent water infiltration when the toilet incident occured.

What's cheap? One man's cheap is another man's budget buster. Many decent options under $200/pair.
