Cerwin Vegas

So I'm getting ready to buy some cerwin Vegas and I need to hear people opinion it's either cerwin Vegas vs-150 or cerwin vegas at 12 which is a better model

You posted in the subwoofer section, the CVs you posted are 3-way speakers. Not much info on CVs site, are they even current models? One has a 10" woofer the other a 15" woofer is about all their site has to say about them. What's the pricing?
