The midrange and tweeter of one of my at-15's just went out the other day, no sound coming from them, but sound coming from the woofer. Pulled the fuse in the back but pretty sure that's just to the woofer, anyways it was still good so I think it must be internal.

I play them loud, cuz by definition cv's can only be played at max volume:D. Only experienced in subwoofer repair so any info would be much appreciated!

Open it and look at the crossover. If you see shredded paper and two split tubes with a wire at each end, you popped the caps if your amp is much more than about 200W/ch. If it's low power, your amp clipped and you smoked your mid and tweet. Low power is more hazardous to mids and tweeters than high power.

Amp is an emotiva upa-5 running at 4 ohms, is that enough to do this?
