I am considering building a setup using the SVS Prime offerings.
But I am also considering using the bookshelf as the center channel. I am pretty close to the TV, and any guests will be fairly off axis. Aside from that, it has a small midrange driver and not as good reviews as the towers.
Question:
The towers and the center both have tweeters that start at 2.1 kHz. The bookshelf has a tweeter that starts at 2.3 khz. Is this a problem?
What are the most important differences to look for when trying to match it with the towers? Both have the same response, despite the bookshelf lacking two woofers.
