Center channel SVS or Infinity

I am in need of a recommendation. I want to replace my center channel speaker in my 5.1 system. This will be replacing an old Audiosource VS 3.1 center so anything will be an upgrade. I am debating between Infinity reference RC252 and SVS prime center. Both have similar specs and pricing from my online reading. My current front left and rights are Infinity towers reference 2000.4 and surrounds are RS-325's which is why I am concidering the Infinity. Powered by Onkyo TX-NR609.

I would stick with infinity and keep it in the family.

I agree. There's a better chance for it to be voiced similar to the other infinities.

Thanks for the couple of replies. I went ahead and ordered the Infinty to keep the front soundstage voice matched, as recommended. I was hesitant to order the infinity because you do not hear or read that much anymore about Infinity loudspeakers.

Let us know when you have a bigger budget and we can help you get into some new speakers.
