Center channel ideas for Focal Chorus 826v Front speakers

Hello
I recently bought a pair of Focal Chorus 826v front tower speakers , although discontinued, as they were heavily discounted. Issue is I am not able to find the matching center channel in the same range(Chorus CC800) as recommended by manufacturer, for a perfect timbre match.

I hear different views on this topic and need some ideas in how to proceed forward in the absence of such a manufacturer recommended compatible center channel(which is discontinued)

Do you think I can use a bookshelf speaker like Focal Chorus 806v, for my center ? . This is available.

Some say using a vertical bookshelf or an identical Tower speaker , may infact be better than a horizontal center channel speaker...am not sure either way.

Am thinking, both are Focal Chorus 800 series and I did confirm the bookshelf 806V has the same(or similar) frequency response, impedence, sensitivity and power range like the center channel CC800.

Are there any drawbacks in such a setup ?

Thanks

Yes, an 806 will work fine as a center channel, and will be timbre-matched because it has the same tweeter and possibly the same woofer as well. Either that or ebay a CC800.

Thanks both. Spearitsound was sold out. Was able to find a CC800V at ebay.
