I just ordered a few of these to relocate my rear surrounds, this was the best price I found (as of 1 week ago).
Omnimount 20.0 ceiling mounts at amazon They are available in both black or white and support up to 20 pounds and have an adjustable angle for easier setup. The white ones are usually cheaper. They work with most speakers and come with several mounting options. They also offer wall mounts, just search for "omnimount 20.0" and you should get both.
Make sure you get the longer, bent stemmed ones, those are for the ceiling and should say ceiling, as opposed to wall. If you only need 10 pounds, search for "omnimount 10.0" they are cheaper. I have been using these (20.0) for a year and a half with 16.5 pound speakers on my ceiling with no issues at all. They are solid, just make sure you put them into a stud not the drywall.
