I agree with MAX661.
We should be able to choose multiple things in this poll.

1080P Plasma/fla panels from 55-65"

I am interested in hearing about the 1080P plasma units and exactly when we can expect the release of the larger 55"+ units. Are the differences noticeable and worth the wait?

Specifically, what are Fujitsu, and Pioneer Elite, Runco and Panasonic doing in the 60-65" range with 1920x1080P and do these sets accept NATIVE RATE (1:1 mapping) 1080P feeds from others sources via HDMI? (rather than just the PC port)

Preview: DVIGear HDMI Fiber Optic Cables

Today the HDMI connector has become the defacto interconnect standard for high definition digital audio + video signals. While many possibilities exist for short HDMI cable runs, until now there have been few options for cable runs longer than 30 feet, particularly when high resolution 1080p HDTV signals must be distributed as a part of a “whole house” home entertainment system.

DVIGear’s HDMI Fiber Optic cables solve this problem by providing unmatched signal performance and complete transparency over the entire range of HDTV resolutions (including 1080p) with cable lengths up to 120 meters ( about 400 ft.).

Designed to overcome the barriers of sending digital HDMI signals over copper wires, these cables incorporate high speed optical transducers in each connector to convert HDMI signals into light pulses, and then back again at the display. These cables use tough plastic-clad glass fibers, which offer a high degree of ruggedness and flexibility.

A unique design feature of these cables is that the end user can make their own choice of HDMI or DVI terminations by using installing short jumper cables that plug into female HDMI receptacles at both end of the cable. This feature greatly enhances installation flexibility and allows these cables to be more easily pulled through narrow (1.5”) conduit, which makes them the perfect solution for HDMI cable runs that must be routed through walls and over ceilings.

Key features include the fact that it is the only ATC Certified HDMI fiber cable, supports HDTV resolutions up to 1080p as well as PC resolutions to 1920x1200 / 60 Hz, and has field-configurable HDMI terminations. In addition, optical fibers are completely immune to signal noise, making them perfect for sensitive applications (low RFI / EMI). Each cable comes with an ntegrated +5VDC power receptacle (+5VDC power supply included) and the cables feature a pliable construction.

DVIGear’s HDMI Fiber Optic cables are in stock for immediate delivery and come in the pre-terminated lengths from 10-100 meters (33-328 feet).

Is this "Limited Edition" their Anniversary Edition or will that be another speaker all its own? That picture looks like it's now a one cabinet design and not a T1 sitting on the 1010's.

What's the price point if any?

It is a new design and new cabinet. The actual model# is the T30-LSE and DOESN"T come with any amplifiers. The retail will be around $15k/pair. The pics you are seeing are the prototype pair I've been testing in the Audioholics Showcase system.

I'm interested in:

1) LCD flat panel displays (especially any new ones from Sharp, Samsung, or whoever around the 40" size)

2) New recievers with HDMI 1.3 switching and DTSHD and DDTHD decoding (especially lower end price range)

3) Toshiba's SED technology, any new info you can get on it (like when they expect to start making/selling them and what price range they are expecting). Impressions of it and pictures if you should see it in person there.

4) Any info on upcoming HD players, especially if there's any HDDVD players in the works from other companies.

5) Pics of nice high end speakers that I can't afford :D
