Hello All

I managed to collect 300 CD's (sure some here have a lot more) and was wondering to see if there is an automated storage system I can buy to store them, even if I have to take it out to play.

I need a system that will let me store and catalogue everything. I sincerely appreciate if anyone can point me to something that can do this.

Thanks

Thanks

I was looking more just like a storage system and not a juke box kind. I have oppo 93 connected to XDA -1 that plays all my discs. I am happy with that set up. I am just looking for something that can hold all discs and can retrieve when needed.

If nothing works then may think of Juke Box just to hold it.

Thanks again

Thanks

That is def a sweet set up. I wish had one more rack to house extra set of players.

Rip everything to a computer. All the hip and cool kids are doing it.

Seriously get a 1TB HD and a fanless computer. Much cheaper, more convenient, quicker, playlists 10ft tall interface etc.

:)

Trust Me. I already have entire thing ripped in lossless files and loaded on my Ex495 Server and Mac Mini. I am running squeezebox on server and my duet streams from this.

I still like to play from my cd's using external DAC XDA-1 from Emotiva and straight to my amp and speakers.

I agree too. I have music ripped to my mac, but find I enjoy playing cds more. This tactile act seems to compliment high-end gear and the audiophile experience.
