There is an SACD-only (it's not a hybrid) disc on Sony with E. Power Biggs playing four toccatas and fugues of Bach in the Freiburg cathderal. He plays on 4 antiphonal organs, meaning that the listener is in the middle of all 4 organs. The playing is lively and interesting, although not what would be considered "historically informed performance practice" today. This is an excellent intro to Bach's organ music, and the 6-second echo of the cathedral is well captured on this disc.

I have this recording too, and you are right, it is NOT a hybrid, meaning it will not play in a CD player, though there are cd versions of it I think somewhere. In any case, I REALLY like it a lot, it is a lot of fun to listen to.
Larry, for organ music, you can find some of the recordings of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, the pipe organ that they have in the Tabernacle in Salt Lake City is enormous! It is also really amazing to hear it playing live, I've had the opportunity a few times when I've been in town. That plus the choir themselves are really very talented. You may like it. I found their SACD hybrid "Sound of Glory" by Telarc is very good, and has several pieces where the organ is very well done. Try it and let us know what you think!
