Hey, Like you guys i love good audio,

however i have a problem with replacing my poor standard car audio, and was wondering if someone can help

i like all types of music but also music such as trance and garage with bass in.

all i wont is a a clear good quality which i can have fairly loud, im not a chav with my rediculus bass all i wont is clear quality

any advice i have been looking at Alpine SXE-1325S

I am guessing you are asking about speakers? I have Infinity Kappa Perfect components for my fronts and Kappa Perfect 6x9 for the back on my car and they sound very good. Deck is a Kenwood Excelon but if you are going to use an ipod I would recommend you get either an Alpine or Eclipse deck as they have a much better interface. Subs wise I have always like the JL Audio W7 and the 8in version would provide you with some good quality bass. Although I suggest if you go component speakers for the front to power them separately with a 2ch amp and the rears use the deck. And then of course a good mono sub amp but nowadays I have no idea who still makes good ones. I have an older model Rockford Fosgate Power series mono amp before they did that whole restructuring and it worked great. From what I hear the new Fosgate amps are not up to snuff compared to their old stuff.

Well, in their time and place. Good thing about this forum is that we are truly free to talk about a wide variety of things.

To the OP: I was merely being facetious in my first post - check out the other car audio thread on this forum - a lot of people (including myself) got into a discussion about their current car audio setup.

Not really sure what to recommend to you... at the very least a good amp with a sub or two for the kind of music you listen to. I would recommend going with dual 10" subs in a sealed enclosure - it will keep the bass tight and articulated for the house beats you're listening to, but still provide ample range for those lower notes as well, without becoming just another 'boom-boom' car you hear going down the road.

And you can't go wrong with Infinity speakers to replace the stock ones. There are other great brands too, but since I've had mine I wouldn't think of replacing them for something else.
