Can't find specs on my UBX Reciver.

Just bought a UBX (UBR510B) surround sound system(all in one box deal). I purchased it b/ my old system was a jumbled up mess scavenged from yard sales and thrift stores. It was on sale(retailer had discontinued ) so I got it very cheap. It's 5.1 came with the reciver 2 frt, 2 srnd, 1sub (10in) and a center.

Here is the issue:
1. Can't find any info on the specs.
2. I don't think it is set up correctly because I'm getting all voice and no much of anything else.
3. It is dual voltage. If I use 220 instead of 110 will that make a difference?
4. Not sure how to set up sound volumes.

This is a new hobby so if I asked dumb questions sry for being behind. Thanks in advance for any help!

Never heard of that brand myself nor does a search find anything.

Where are you?

Was there any manual to follow instructions for setup with? Maybe provide some pix of the receiver unit front and back? Voices only sounds kind of strange in any case but what source material are you testing with?

Use the voltage setting that matches your mains....back to where are you question.

Not sure what you mean by setting up sound volumes...

Questions are good but more info from you would help.

There was a manual but nothing too extensive.

I'm in europe. So I have 220 and 110 outlets.

What do you mean by test material? Like a palidian or something Or scope?

I think I may have been a little too vague. It sounds like it is all tweeter or center.

The center, surround, and sub all have a separate volume then their is a main volume.

Another question I forgot to add. Is there anything special I need to know about the banana connecters? Should they be screwed all the way down?

By test material was wondering if it was a 5.1 soundtrack for a movie? A 2-ch cd?

Better be sure before you try a different voltage that there's not some switch/internal jumper to change first.

Not unusual for a multi-ch unit to have level adjustments for each channel, altho not usually a separate volume knob. Do you also have delay adjustments (called distance usually)?

Don't know what banana connectors you have let alone the terminals used on your receiver or speakers....or what you mean by screwed down since the only "screw down" that comes to mind is securing the cable to the connector, not how you use the connector with the receiver/speakers.
