Of course, but you can get a 1 lb. bag at Wal-mart that does the exact same thing, for a fraction of the cost of that stuff.

What is the exact use? It's not a good acoustical dampening material so far as absorbing acoustical reflections/resonances. But it's great for increasing the apparent volume of a sealed woofer/subwoofer cabinet.

Just buy some pillow stuffing from your local walmart or crafts store and save money, plus you won't have to wait for shipping.
