Can we turn off the POP-UPS???

I hate it when I am just moving my mouse over to something interesting and it pops up with a paragraph of what it's about. I can see the value to some, but to me it's very annoying.

Is there a way to turn it off on a per user basis??
If so, I can't find it.

I think this has been talked about before and the reason they exist are because it makes the site/admins money and without the advertising we wouldn't have this great place. So while they might be annoying they are well worth the cost to keep us chatting and sharing expertise.

If it makes you feel any better, we have to endure them too.
But they pay the bills around here so they can't be that bad.

I am actually excited about the prospect of this. I have seen other sites implement members areas with great success. Glad to see AH growing steadily.
