Can someone recommend a UPS for my projector?

I just want something that will keep the fan running on my projector for proper shut down in case the power goes. Thanks. Something basic that works will do. Thanks.

I have played with this UPS a bit and like it well. The biggest problem is the fan is pretty noisy but that is an easy fix: take it out and replace it with a different one. I know one person who just took it out and hasn't even replaced it and still has no problems.

This unit does also have room to plug other components into. If you want something just for the projector I would still recommend Tripp Lite as I like their UPS product.

That looks really really expensive. I'm looking for something around $50-60. It's only for my projector. I have a power conditioner for my other equipment. Right now, I'm using a 2600 joule Belkin surge protector on my Projector but it doesn't have backup.

My dad has had a regular computer ups hooked up to his old projector for quiet a while without a problem so I don't know for sure but it sounds like BS to me. Someone correct me if I am wrong please :).

Here is a UPS more in your price range that should be extremely reliable as it is from APC (I am a fan of their design).

If the UPS is 'line interactive' (aka 'online') it is a pure sine wave. If it is modified sine wave (stepped approximation) like the majority of UPS then it is not line interactive so that is a rather confusing answer.
I was hoping you and your technical knowledge beyond mine was going to pop in here. Do you know if there is a problem "mixing" the square and sine waves? If so what causes it? If not why?

Now that this subject has been brought up it has peaked my interests and I love to learn! :D
