Can rear speakers be setup like this?

This is my first HT setup.

Because of the layout of the room, I am forced to setup the speakers like this horizontaly (see attachment) The dimensions of the room are proportional to the the image, which are:

Depth: 23 feet (7.1 meters)
Width: 11 feet (3.4 meters)
Ceiling: 7.6 feet (2.33 meters)

On the vertical plane, the Rear speakers would all at the ceiling's height, while the Front speakers will be at viewer's ears height. I am guessing it's preferable that the Rear speakers be angled slightly downwards towards the viewer?

I know that the optimal thing would be to have RR and RL on both sides of the Sofa, but I can't do that for this specific room (I mean, I could, but I would have to do some major structural modifications, don't want to do that)

So my question is if this setup would work ok?

The layout looks ok to me under your constraints but I don't think I would bother with the rear center channel since the left and right surrounds are on the back wall anyway. If you already have a back center then you night as well use it though.

That is almost exactly how my system is set up, so I'm going to say, yes it will work.

And yes, angling the surrounds down would be a good idea.
