I have a Denon AVR-4800 that is capable of 7.1. I currently have 5 speakers with the fronts having the ability to separate the tweeters from the mains. (4 connections)... I have read that there is a way that I can Bi-Amp my system... I guess my question is Can I? will it actually make a defiance? And if so how do I? Please note that I don't plan to buy any additional gear... Thoughts?

Welcome to the forum!

I don't see anything in the owner's manual for the 4800 that indicates that you can assign the surround back channel speaker outputs (or any of the speaker outputs) to bi-amp your front speakers. There are receivers that can do that, but I don't think that yours can.

As for if it would even make a difference, people here have differing opinions regarding if bi-amping from a receiver makes a difference.
