Can HD Tube TV display in digital??

I read at cobaltcables.com that tube TV's display HD in analog. If this is true would component cables be better than using DVI so the signal is not converted to digital then back to analog?

In most cases with a CRT based set you won't see any PQ increase using digital over analog for your signal. A set of component cables should work fine for you.
