Can a channel on an Anthem MCA 50 handle a large passive SUB?

So I found locally an older Anthem MCA 50 5-ch amp.

I'm thinking about using one of the channels on this amp to power a passive JBL subwoofer,

The amp weighs a ton, but can it handle this sub? Signal would come from LFE channel on PRE/PRO.
