Calibration and lens memory

Opening for my projector setup I had a question about calibration and lens memory. In my case I'm using lens memory for CIH but in general if you're changing the zoom on a projector, do you need to calibrate for each lens setting or will one set of calibration values work for all?

My guess is it's somewhere in between. Color and maybe gamma can stay unchanged but brightness and contrast may need to change due to the change in light output from the zoom. But was wondering what people's experience was.

I'm not sure how many people have specifically played with that here, and I do believe that you are exactly on point to one of the issues with 2.35 zoom setups. Brightness will be higher when you zoom in. I'm not sure the rest will be impacted that much. If the projector offers it, you should just setup user presets for both zoom settings and recall them when you recall the zoom preset. Easy enough.
